Below are sites containing information you may find interesting and useful. Pass this information on to others. The more people know, the more they will get involved.
Channel 18 - The local cable station with local news, weather, and issues.
Personal Opinion by S.H. DeBauche - It is my personal opinion we have NO local newspaper. One of the greatest threats to our freedom is a media who reports and feeds a specific agenda. Thomas Jefferson wrote, "If I have a choice between freedom of the press and good government, I will take freedom of press because with freedom of press, I'll get good government." That is, if those in charge of the press report the news honestly and fairly no matter who owns the paper. Displaying bias, discrimination and propaganda is not a free press, and it certainly does not foster "good government".
Project Vote Smart - An area where you can find information on candidates and their positions, elected representatives and their positions and votes, and much other good information.
National Debt Clock - Here is a website which will show you the rate at which two things are happening in our country. It shows the National Debt, and it shows the spending in the current fiscal year. It also shows how much the Federal Government spent since your browser accessed the Debt Clock.
Do You Know - A collection of statistical information of facts you may not be aware of and their references. You may use any of these statistics as long as you give the references from which they come as shown.
Citizens Lobby - CitizensLobby.com is a national on-line petition drive and legislative action center that puts America's national interests first. There are many links where you can search out information for yourself.
OneMillionMoms.com One MillionMoms.com is connected with American Family Association in an online effort to force the FCC to clean up the trash being viewed on television and heard over the radio by our children and ourselves. You can sign online petitions and read various articles at this site.
